The Roots & Rights program grants require funds to be used for a predesignated purpose. All proceeds from R&R succulent plant fundraising fund the endowment of your choice. If no endowment fund is specified, WAHEO allocates the funding to the area of greatest need. If you are not interested in a plant, monetary donations can be made directly to each fund.
Funding for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and sex trafficking. Supportive services include emergency food and clothing, financial assistance with legal fees, certified advocate support, relocation assistance, resource referrals, and more.
Funding for the Create the Message project, which provides scholarships for local residents from typically marginalized or under-served backgrounds. The project seeks creators whose work both disrupts toxic social discourse, and simultaneously uplifts marginalized individuals and groups, through one profound, and lovingly-crafted service/product at a time.
Fundraising through creatively curated succulent plants. Succulents definitely vary in shape, size, and shade; but they all have the special abilities to thrive in rough conditions, heal, make resilient comebacks, and with adequate support and care, achieve their full bloom. The proceeds support the EC & KL endowments, PLUS advocacy, referrals, resources, and prevention education which focus on women's rights. #MindYourOwnGarden
